Windsor Castle Conservation Workshop
The new 2 story Conservation Workshop is located in the Royal Gardens area of Windsor Home Park. The new building replaced some existing former mushroom sheds.
The new workshop will house the Royal Household crafts team who are responsible for the making, maintenance, restoration and conservation of furniture and interior furnishings across the Royal Households.
The team includes highly skilled crafts people such as: seamstresses, upholsterers, french polishers, gilders and cabinet makers.
